9 lb fully cooked bone-in spiral sliced ham
2/3 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp light brown sugar
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp dry crushed rosemary
1 tsp ground cinnamon
heaping 1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 cups orange juice - divided

Steps

Heat the oven to 325 F.
Simmer the marmalade, maple syrup, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, pepper, salt, rosemary, cinnamon, ginger, and 1 cup orange juice in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
Place the ham cut side down in a roasting pan and pour the remaining orange juice around it.
Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 150 minutes.
Brush the ham with the glaze, uncover the pan, and bake for 20 minutes until it reaches 145 F inside.
Rest the ham for 10 minutes before slicing.
