Steps

Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes, cool them, and chop them finely.
Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cheddar, green onion, cranberries, bacon, and parsley until combined for 15 minutes.
Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator for 120 minutes.
Shape the mixture into 22 small balls, roll them in the chopped pecans, and press in pretzel sticks if using during 20 minutes.
