Ingredients

  • 1 cup m&m's
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
  3. Whisk the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, then fold in the M&M candies.
  5. Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving them.
