- 1 recipe italian dressing
- 1 bags (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cucumber
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 cans (6 oz) black olives
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped pepperoncini
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 8 oz sliced salami
- optional: feta cheese
Steps
- Boil salted water in a large pot, cook the tortellini according to the package directions, and drain it.
- Chop the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, black olives, orange pepper, pepperoncini, and salami.
- Toss the warm tortellini with the Italian dressing.
- Add the chopped vegetables, mozzarella, and salami, then chill the salad for 5 minutes.
