Ingredients

1 7” thick bone-in uncut ham
398 ml canned pineapple
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp cold water

Steps

Pour the pineapple and its juice into the Instant Pot, then place the ham inside.
Whisk the mustard, honey, and brown sugar together, and spread the mixture over the ham.
Seal the pot and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
Move the ham to a plate and check that the center reaches 145 F.
Whisk the cornstarch with cold water, stir it into the pot juices, and simmer on sauté for 5 minutes.
