Ingredients
- 6 bone-in and skin-on chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 garlic gloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- salt and black pepper (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and lightly oil a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk the honey, mustard, garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture and place them skin-side up in the baking dish.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, brushing with pan juices halfway through.
- Check that the thickest thighs reach 165 F, then rest them for 5 minutes before serving.
