- 3 lb bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and oil a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk the mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the honey mustard mixture and arrange them skin-side up in the dish.
