Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 11 3/7 oz firm tofu
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup fresh chives
- 1/3 cup fresh dill
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Steps
- Cover the cashews with water and soak them for 60 minutes.
- Drain the cashews and crumble the tofu into a blender.
- Blend the cashews, tofu, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for 4 minutes.
- Blend in the chives, dill, and basil for 1 minute, then chill the spread for 5 minutes.
