Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 4 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 8 oz /250g shaved ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • oil spray

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 400 F and coat a large baking sheet with oil spray.
  2. Spread mustard over both puff pastry sheets.
  3. Cover the pastry with ham and cheddar cheese.
  4. Cut each sheet into nine squares and fold each square into a triangle.
  5. Place the pastries on the baking sheet and brush them with egg yolk.
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until puffed and golden.
