Ingredients

2 cans (7 1/2 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
6 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp dried parsley
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Steps

Heat the oven to 375 F and grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Stir the garlic and parsley into the melted butter.
Cut the biscuits into small pieces and coat them with the garlic butter.
Divide the biscuit pieces among the muffin cups and sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
