360 g bugsolutely cricket pasta
800 g broccoli
8 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
40 g peanuts
2 cloves garlic
1 lemon
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and black pepper
parmesan cheese

Steps

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cricket pasta for 9 minutes.
Add the broccoli during the last 4 minutes, then drain the pasta and broccoli.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then cook the garlic and red pepper flakes for 2 minutes.
Add the peanuts and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
Toss the pasta and broccoli with the garlic oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
