6 cloves garlic
12 bay leaves

1/4 cup madeira wine
2 tbsp olive oil
3 roma tomatoes

Steps

Cut the sirloin, tomatoes, and green peppers into large pieces.
Mix the garlic, Madeira wine, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
