1 lb dry mini penne pasta
1/2 red onion
1 red pepper
20 oz sweet & spicy pickles
6 oz extra-sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Steps

Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the penne until tender, about 8 minutes.
