1 lemon juiced
100 g parmesan grated

Steps

Blend the basil, pistachios, garlic, lemon juice, and 4 tablespoons olive oil into a coarse pesto.
Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the courgettes for 8 minutes.
Stir in the drained butter beans and 2 tablespoons water, then cook for 5 minutes.
