- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 onions
- 2 lb carrots
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable stock
- 8 oz plain yogurt
- 1 cup milk

Steps
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat, then cook the chopped onions for 5 minutes.
