Steps

Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it with oil.
Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
Whisk the eggs, buttermilk, 1/2 cup melted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla in another bowl, then stir them into the dry mixture.
