4 oz butter
1 cup water
2 tbsp white granulated sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Steps

Heat the oven to 375 F and grease the outsides of six oven-safe bowls.
Boil the water, butter, 2 tablespoons sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a medium saucepan.
Stir in the flour until a smooth dough forms, then cool it for 5 minutes.
Beat in the eggs one at a time until the dough is thick and smooth.
Press or pipe the dough around the outside of each inverted bowl and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon, then roll the warm bowls in the mixture.
