  • 8 oz can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp creamy almond butter
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp coffee grinds
  • 1 sleeve ginny bakes chocolate chip cookie love

Steps

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. Blend chickpeas, maple syrup, almond butter, almond milk, cacao powder, vanilla, and coffee grinds until smooth.
  3. Spread chocolate hummus over half the cookies.
