Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 1/4 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 sleeves graham crackers
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup

Steps

  1. Sprinkle the gelatin over 2 tablespoons water and let it stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk the pudding mixes with the milk in a large bowl until thick.
  3. Warm the gelatin over low heat until dissolved, then whisk it into the pudding.
  4. Whip 2 cups heavy cream until firm, then fold it into the pudding mixture.
  5. Layer graham crackers and pudding in a 9-by-13-inch pan, ending with graham crackers.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips with 3/4 cup heavy cream and corn syrup, spread the glaze over the cake, and chill for 5 minutes.
