Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups cake flour
  • 3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp cold water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Steps

  1. Beat the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl until creamy.
  2. Mix in the cake flour and cold water until a soft dough forms.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips, cover the dough, and chill it for 45 minutes.
  4. Heat the oven to 350 F.
