Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 12 brioche slider rolls
- 1 avocado
- 3 1/2 chipotles in adobo
- 3 oz queso oaxaca
- 1/2 cup papalo leaves or cilantro
- 1/2 white onion
Steps
- Heat sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Toast the cut sides of the slider rolls for 2 minutes, then remove them from the skillet.
- Mash the avocado with the chipotles until mostly smooth.
- Spread the avocado mixture over the rolls and add queso Oaxaca.
- Top with papalo or cilantro and sliced onion, close the sliders, and serve.
