1 long baguette
olive oil
2 1/2 roma tomatoes
fresh mozarella cheese
fresh basil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Steps

Heat the oven to 400 F and slice the baguette into thin pieces.
Brush the bread with olive oil and toast it on a baking sheet for 8 minutes.
