Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 box (15 1/4 oz) white cake mix
  • 1 box (3 2/5 oz) instant pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup semi chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • optional to taste sanding sugar or sprinkles

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F and lightly oil a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
  2. Whisk the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the cake mix and pudding mix until thick and smooth.
  4. Fold in the semi-sweet and dark chocolate chips.
  5. Press the dough evenly into the pan and add sanding sugar or sprinkles if desired.
  6. Bake for 20 to 24 minutes, until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
  7. Cool the bars in the pan before cutting them.
