Ingredients
- 12 oz kielbasa
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 head green cabbage
- 1 clove garlic
- 2/3 cup frozen peas
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Boil the egg noodles in a large pot of water for 8 minutes, then drain them.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the sliced kielbasa for 6 minutes.
- Add the butter and chopped onion, then cook for 5 minutes until the onion softens.
- Stir in the sliced cabbage and garlic, then cook for 10 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
- Add the peas and cook for 3 minutes until heated through.
- Toss in the noodles, salt, and pepper, then cook for 3 minutes until hot.
