Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3/4 cup carrot shavings or diced carrots
- 1 cup celery
- 1 head iceberg lettuce

- 1/2 cup frank's red hot buffalo wing sauce
Steps
