1 salmon fillet
1/4 cup pineapple juice
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup beef bouillon
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
cornstarch (optional)
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
5 slices smoked bacon

Steps

Cook the bacon in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes, then drain it on a plate and crumble it.
Simmer pineapple juice, brown sugar, bouillon, pepper, bourbon, and soy sauce in a small saucepan for 8 minutes.
Heat the oven to 400 F and place the salmon on a lightly oiled small baking pan.
