Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup natural creamy cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 3/4 cups crispy brown rice cereal
  • 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 2 1/2 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

Steps

  1. Warm the cashew butter, maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla, salt, cereal, and one-third cup sprinkles for 5 minutes.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a greased 8-inch square pan for 5 minutes.
  4. Chill the pan for 20 minutes until the bars are firm.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips with 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil, spread it over the bars, add the remaining sprinkles, and chill for 10 minutes.
