1 1/2 lb sirloin steak
1/2 white onion
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
2 serrano peppers
1 can 28 oz. muir glen organic fire roasted crushed tomatoes
1 bunch swiss chard
3 sprigs cilantro
salt & pepper

Steps

Slice the sirloin into thin strips, and chop the onion, garlic, serranos, chard, and cilantro.
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, and sear the beef for 5 minutes.
Add the onion, garlic, and serranos, and cook for 4 minutes until softened.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 10 minutes until the beef reaches 145°F.
Add the Swiss chard and cilantro, and cook for 8 minutes until the chard is tender.
