Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 6 1/2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 1/2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp white sugar or splenda for low carb
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 1/2 tbsp green onion
Steps
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the ground beef for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking it apart, until it reaches 160 F.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the coleslaw mix and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until softened.
- Mix in the sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, then cook for 3 minutes.
- Top with sesame seeds and sliced green onion before serving.
