1/2 tsp vanilla paste
3 large eggs
2 tbsp cornstarch
6 4/5 fl oz heavy/whipping cream
1 tbsp lemon zest

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
Beat the cream cheese, caster sugar, salt, and vanilla paste until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the cornstarch, cream, and lemon zest.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes, until the top is dark brown and the center jiggles slightly.
Cool the cheesecake in the pan for 30 minutes, then chill it for at least 3 hours before removing the pan.
