Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 4 green onions
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 10 large chicken drumsticks
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking pan with foil.
- Chop the parsley, green onions, and garlic, then mix them with olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the drumsticks with the herb mixture and marinate them for 15 minutes.
- Arrange the drumsticks in the baking pan and bake at 425 F for 40 minutes.
- Turn the drumsticks once and continue baking until they reach 165 F at the thickest part.
