- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 granny smith apple
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 3 tbsp brandy
- 1 mini wheel brie cheese
- 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon water
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and place the Brie in a small oven-safe baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chopped apple and walnuts for 3 minutes, then stir in the brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and brandy.
