2 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt

1 2/3 cups raw almonds
1 cup dried cranberries or 1 cup dried cherries

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a large baking sheet with cooking oil.
Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl, then stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Fold in the almonds and cranberries, shape two logs on the baking sheet, and bake for 25 minutes.
