Ingredients
- 12 oz Pasta (elbows)
- 8 oz Cheddar and shredded cheese
- 12 oz Milk
- 1 oz Butter
- 8 oz Frozen vegetables (peas)
From the pantry: Flour, Salt and pepper.
Steps
- Boil the macaroni; add peas for the last minute and drain.
- Melt butter in the pot, stir in flour for 1 minute, then whisk in milk and cook until thick.
- Stir in the cheese until smooth.
- Add the pasta and peas and stir well.
