10 ounce jar pitted castelvetrano olives
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 lemon
1 tsp fresh oregano leaves
lots of freshly ground black pepper
salt to taste / if needed (optional)
2 1/2 balls of burrata cheese
1 loaf ciabatta bread
more olive oil

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F.
Slice the ciabatta, brush it with olive oil, and toast on a baking sheet for 8 minutes.
Smash the olives with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper in a bowl.
Taste the olive mixture and add salt only if needed.
Arrange the burrata and olive mixture over the toasted bread, then finish with more olive oil.
