Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the courgettes, spring onions, peppers, garlic, and chilli for 10 minutes.
Whisk the eggs, cream cheese, milk, chives, and basil in a large bowl.
Stir the cooked vegetables into the egg mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch cake pan and bake for 35 minutes until firm.
