Ingredients

6 potatoes
6 slices bacon
1 onion
1/4 cup flour
1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 lb kielbasa
3 eggs
pepper (optional)

Steps

Place the potatoes and eggs in a large pot, cover with water, and boil the eggs for 10 minutes and the potatoes for 18 to 22 minutes, until tender.
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, then drain it and crumble it.
Cook the sliced kielbasa and onion in the skillet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a large bowl.
Whisk the flour into the skillet drippings, add the water, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 3 minutes until thickened.
Drain and slice the potatoes, peel and chop the eggs, and add them with the bacon to the bowl.
