  • 1 head romaine
  • 5 green onion or scallions
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Steps
