2 1/2 tbsp leftover cranberry sauce
1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped/crushed roasted pecans (optional)

Steps

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Spread cranberry sauce on one bread slice, add pecans and cheese, and top with the second slice.
