4 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar

Steps

Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming, then remove from heat.
Whisk the eggs, yolks, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
Pour the hot milk mixture slowly into the eggs while whisking, then stir in the chocolate chips.
Divide the custard among six ramekins and place them in a baking pan.
Pour hot water into the pan halfway up the ramekins, then bake at 325 F for 30 to 35 minutes until the centers reach 160 F.
Remove the ramekins from the water bath and cool for 10 minutes.
