Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 10 oz american or cheddar cheese
- 10 oz cooked ham
- 1 1/2 cup mexican crema
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- salt and black pepper (optional)
- 1 sprig fresh parsley
Steps
- Cut the cheese and cooked ham into small cubes, and chop the parsley.
- Combine the cooked, cooled macaroni, cheese, ham, crema, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Stir until the dressing coats the macaroni evenly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Stir in the parsley before serving.
