Ingredients
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions for topping (optional)
Steps
- Cook the rice according to its package directions, using water and salt, while preparing the tofu.
- Pat the tofu dry, cut it into cubes, and toss it with cornstarch and salt.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the tofu for 10 to 12 minutes, turning until crisp.
- Stir the yum yum sauce, chili crisp, soy sauce, and honey together in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the tofu and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring until coated.
- Serve the tofu over the cooked rice and top with green onions if using.
