Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 slices white bread
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise or miracle whip
- 1 large tomato
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Steps
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until crisp.
- Toast the bread in the bacon skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Spread mayonnaise over one side of each toast slice.
- Layer the lettuce, tomato, salt, pepper, and bacon on two slices of toast.
- Top with the remaining toast slices and cut each sandwich in half.
