Ingredients
- 1 lb yukon gold potatoes
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp parsley (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 F for 3 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes into 1-inch pieces and toss them with olive oil, salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket in one layer.
- Air-fry the potatoes for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Toss the hot potatoes with parsley before serving.
